What happens after I submit payment?
After submitting payment your registration form will be reviewed. Within 2 business days, your profile will appear in our main directory page and you will receive an email with a link to your personal page.
What do you do with all of the professional information on my registration form?
The information provided on your registration form is used to create your professional CTC web page. Any information provided that will not be visible to the public is securely stored and used only for internal purposes. Choice Therapy Collective will never share or sell your information.
How do you ensure the therapists on CTC are upholding the reputation of the collective?
We take our reputation very seriously and therefore have several measures in place to ensure all members of the collective follow the guidelines set out in our Terms and Agreements. We have a complaint protocol for all clients using our services and all referring professionals. Complaints are investigated and decisions regarding membership are made accordingly. If at any time we are made aware of a situation that is an ethical violation or a violation of state and federal regulations or law, we will notify the proper authorities immediately. If you would like a copy of the Terms and Agreements sent to you, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I don't have any openings currently, can I still join?
Yes! We understand how quickly your caseload can change. One promise we make to clients seeking services from CTC therapists is the lack of a waitlist. With this in mind, your page will make note you are not currently accepting new clients. However, when this changes, please notify us and we will update your CTC profile to indicate you have room on your caseload!
